Working in real estate has taught me that it is only through experience of different markets and different areas that you are shown and can work through the problems of transactions. I started in real estate in January of 2007, working through the ups and downs of a housing crash in Arizona, then the recovery of 2010-2013, showing and listing homes through a pandemic and now, the scarcity of homes for new buyers. I am always learning how to best position my clients for any scenario and educate them on what may come next.
